Completely Customizable
| You are not confined to the "one size fits all" approach that the vast majority of providers have. With Bluestone you can create whatever configuration you need.
Cloud or On-Premise |
| Bluestone unique (patent pending) technology allows you to
deploy your phone system to our Cloud or an on-premise server. Making the switch
between Clould and On-Prem is easy if you need to make a change.

Retain your Current Phone Service Provider
Want to host the phone system, but retain your phone service provider?
With Bluestone you can. Simply deploy to an on site server which will
terminate your existing PRIs.
Want to change to IP when the contract terminates to save a lot of money?
That's easy too - its just a configuration option. Bluestone let's you
implement precisely what you want whenever you want.

Easy to Use GUI |
| Intuitive GUI allows users and admins alike to readily control
their call routing and review calls they have both made and received. Those use with 'admin'
status can also configure the system, review billing etc.
Call Listings and Recordings
| View a searchable list of your calls. Listen to recordings on line, download MP3s and even use the integrated call review editor |
Call Review Editor
| The Call Review Editor is accessed from the CDR page.
It enables a supervisor to review and comment on calls made and received on the system.
After a review has been completed the comments are stored along with the track.
Anyone else then accessing the track will see the comments, and by clicking on them will
instantly move to the relevant area of the recording. This makes the whole
review process vastly more productive.

Custom Applications |
| We have created custom applications for many companies. A typical example would be the implementation of a client record pop-up screen, that uses the callerID to access records in a customer database and then display the results on a web page. Call us if you have something special you need us to create. |
