We changed our phone system from a legacy digital PBX system to the IP solution provided by Bluestone, earlier this year. We looked at several vendors prior to choosing Bluestone. Our decision to go with Bluestone was based largely on price and the ease with which the Bluestone solution could be customized to meet our needs.

Bluestone has not only met, but has actually exceeded, our expectations. Our new phone system far surpasses the capabilities of our old system and has actually saved us money by reducing our phone bill.

We've been using Bluestone for our office phone lines for several months now and have been very pleased. Half of our phones are used in an outbound call center so we're very heavy users and tend to stretch the capabilities of most phone systems. Prior to Bluestone we used another well known national provider with terrible luck. Call quality in our new location was poor and customer service was non-existent in trying to resolve it.
